Join us for the 2025 BHAA Conference!

The BHAA Annual Meetings will be held as a part of the MBAA International Conference April 9 – 12, both virtually and in person at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, IL. The BHAA Call for Papers can be found below.

Manuscript Submission Process

As a part of the larger MBAA International organizational structure, all individuals who wish to present at the 2025 BHAA meetings must submit their documents through the MBAA International’s submission portal (https://event.fourwaves.com/mbaai2025/submission) before the February 9, 2025 deadline. The BHAA allows individuals to submit either a full (completed) paper, or an abstract. When uploading your document into the MBAA submission portal, you will be asked to upload your document as an Adobe Acrobat file. When creating this file, you must format your submission using BHAA submission guidelines. A copy of these guidelines can be found below:

Please note that the BHAA organization selects an overall “Best Paper Award”, as well as “Best Track Paper Awards” for each of the tracks in the BHAA Conference. To be eligible for an award, individuals must present a full paper submission. Abstract presentations are acceptable for presentation, but are ineligible for these awards.
